The precision rewinder maintains consistent tension across various materials using a suspension-type press roller system. This ensures smooth, high-quality finished products with automatic roll changes at production speed.

Our advanced compound unit combines cooling rollers, silicone rubber pressure rollers, and precision trimming devices to create uniform, high-quality laminates. The chromium-plated steel rollers with double-deck cooling channels ensure optimal film fastness and surface smoothness.

The precision trimming system eliminates thickened edges that can cause quality issues. Featuring quick-change cutters and adjustable width settings, this system produces consistently flat, smooth composite materials with minimal labor.
