Product Description

 

一,Release Paper Extrusion Laminating Machine

  • Release paper is widely used to release papers and photo papers, etc.
  • Can be single side and double side laminating.
  • We also make customized machine.
  • The line can be nomal or high-speed line.
  • This is a double station tumble initiative automatic unwinding and rewinding line.

  • Two original paper rolls can be installed at the same time on the shaftless unwinder.
  • Auto-splicing is controlled by computer and can be done without stopping the line.
  • Web-guide device ensures that the paper/paper board passes uniformly and neatly.
  • Bead cutter for edge trimming.
  • Corona treatment on the surface of paper is to increase the peeling strength of PE and paper.
  • Rewinder consists of rewinding stand, tension control system, splicing device and towing device.
  • Tension control system is to ensure the constant tension of rewinding.

 

 

Double station unwinder:

  • It applies to multiple materials and has a wide range of us.
  • It can automatically change rolls without stopping machine or reduce speed.
  • It has one-button and no-button type operation, is simple and conveniet.
  • It occupies small area, can save the production spaces.

 

The pre-treat unit

  • The pre-treatment includes corona treatment and static elimination on the surface of base materials. Especially in extrusion coating process, corona treatment is needed to assist molten web to permeate into the pores or cottony gaps on the surface of base materials under the pressure of pressure roll, improving the adhension between coating film and base materials.
  • Corona treatment will stop when production line speed below 20m/min and automatically starts when speed above 20m/min.
  • The corona machine is equipped with work condition indicating lamp, oil-immersed high-frequency transformer, electric digital meter reading output power and adjustable low-speed interlock. It will be warning on overheat,hyper-charger, breakdown and corona lost, and works with high-efficiency and low-consumption.
