Main Unwinder:

The Unwinding equipment consists of unwinding tension control system,material receiving devices,and  deviation-recti-fying  device and some other devices.

From thin to thick basic materals,the precision tension control system of high-performance frequency conversion motor can prevent wrinkles happened during the acceleration,deceleration,high speed roll changing periods,and reduce materal loss to the minimum.The one click air operated chuck for clamping base material helps realizing the continuous roll changing of the basic materials.

The unwinder has two types:double station flipping type automatic unwinder and cup paper unwinder with roll stand.
