1. Maintenance of Timing Belts and Chains

Please regularly check the tension of the timing belts and chains, and adjust them to the optimal state. If they are severely worn, replace them promptly.

Warning: Never perform these operations while the machine is running.

Proper Tension for Timing Belts:

Please tighten the belts using standard tensioning methods. (Press down with your thumb; the belt should feel elastic.)

If the belt is too loose, vibrations may occur in the slack areas. If it's too tight, it may produce a sharp noise and cause vibration on the tensioned side.

Proper Tension for Chains:

For fixed-speed operation, no initial tension setting is required. Allow for moderate idle rotation without slack.

For operations involving both forward and reverse rotation, tighten the belt until a certain level of elasticity is felt.

2. Lubrication

The oil injection port is shown in Figure 3. Please add oil according to the specified type.
