The complete machine of the equipment is guaranteed for one year from the date of leaving the factory.(the composite rubber-covered roller is guaranteed for half a year, the entrusted- purchasing auxiliary equipment does not belong to warranty scope),and enjoys life-long service. Parts damaged due to quality problem during warranty period should be provided by the manufacturer for free.
When production malfunction appears in warranty period,solutions should be provided by manufacturer within 24 hours, then the user inspect and repair it. After that, if the malfunction cannot be solved, the manufacturer has to arrange technical personnel to deal with it on site within 72 hours. If it still doesn’t work, both sides are supposed to settle it through negotiation.
