Double Station Unwinder
The double station unwinder is applied to multiple materials and has a wide range, which can automatically change rolls without stopping machine or reduce speed. With one button and no-button type operation, is simple and convenient. It occupies small area, and can save the production spaces.
Compound Machine
The compound device consists of cooling roller, silicone rubber pressure roller, back-up roller, discharge roller, trimming deflashing device, wheelwork pneumatic device and other components. It combines melted sheet film with basic materials and is the key device of extrusion lamination or extrusion coating, performing composite, cooling and shaping functions.
Bead Cut Equipment
Shrink-width makes two sides thicker, requiring trimming to prevent quality problems such as drape, crimp and unevenness. Our bead cut equipment features convenient cutter renewal and width adjustment, saving time and labor while ensuring flat, smooth products.
