This machine features double shaft-less paper roll stands suitable for 3~6 inch paper cores, with automatic lift for easier operation. The auto splicer device enables paper exchange at 150-300m/min speed without decreasing machine line speed. Ultrasonic type EPC system simplifies frequent material replacement operations. Hydraulic lamination structure ensures thinner and firmer coating. Trimming device produces even finished coated paper rolls. Special cutting knife and rewinder design allows high-speed rewinding shafts exchange.
